Complaints :
A 26years old patient came to the
pulmonologist op with the complaints of chest heaviness, chest tightness,
difficulty in breathing during wake up in early morning, loss of appetite,
Weakness.
Past history :
Known case of asthma since 14years, No
fever, No cough, and cold,

01.Budamate 400mcg : P/O : BD : ( 8AM – 8PM )
02. Tiate 18mcg transcaps + Inhaler : OD ( 2PM )
03. TAB : Medrol 16mg ( Methylprednisolone ) : P/O :
OD ( 2PM )
04. TAB : Raciper D 40mg ( Esomeprazole Magnesium
and Domperidone ) : P/O :
OD ( 7.30AM Before breakfast )
