Tips For Avoiding The Sun Stroke In Summer

Introduction : 
Sun Stroke is a life threatening condition. occur due to more exposure to sun light.

Tips to follow to avoid Sun Stroke

1. Drink Plenty of fluids : 
  • Take a curd, butter milk and fruit juices in the diet.
  • Eat seasonal fruits like water melons.
    ( It help to prevent the dehydration. )
  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, Sugar drinks these drinks dehydrates.
  • Avoid the spice food and hot drinks ( Tea, Coffee ).
  • Try to avoid eating oily foods and fast foods.
  • Drink adequate water.
  • Carry a bottle of water and lemon juice to keep you hydrated.
2. Protect the skin : 
  • Apply sun screen half an hour before going to sun stroke.
  • During travelling time wear a scarf to protect you face and head from the heat.
  • If it day time wear sun glasses.
Risks for : 
  • Elderly ages
  • Pregnant Mothers
  • Children's
  • Chronic illness ( CKD, Cardiovascular disease )
First Aid for Sun Stroke : 
1. Change the person from hot environment to cool area.
2. Remove extra dress
3. Call near emergency services
