Whom we need to complain if no doctors in a hospital for longtime
If the doctor is not their in the duty you can raise the complaint to Medical Director or Administrator of the Hospital.
Before raising complaint on doctor first of all confirm the doctor available times in a day and confirm whether doctor is in leave or attending any patient for emergency case. In sometime doctors visit the Inpatient area patients due to delay may occur for the OP patients. Clarify all the information about the doctor availability.
Even doctor is not attending regular duties or not available in duty hours complaint can raise on the doctor to the Administrator or Medical Director of the Hospital in verbal or written format

What are the 9 Precautions required for the patient on traction
Traction is used for the patient with the fracture of bones. Traction makes immobilize the bones and help for the fixation or formation of the bone at the damage area.
While patient is on Traction some important precautions strictly followed. These precautions helpful for the healing of the bone without any problems with traction.
Few important points are mentioned below.
- Do not change the position or weight until Physician orders.
- Weight should be hanging freely above the floor level
- Serosanguinous drainage from the traction inform to physician
- Neurovascular impairment notify the physician and remove the cast
- Hold the weight before changing the position
- Check Skeletal pin site.
- Maintain proper body alignment or posture
- Check for fraying of the rope
- Assess the skin integrity where the traction is applied

Scrub Nurse
Scurb Nurse role is very important in the Surgical procedures. The Scrub Nurse must have the knowledge of instruments use in surgical procedure. During surgery the Scrub Nurse provide the equipment and Instruments for the Cardiac Surgeon on by one.
Circulating Nurse
Ciruculating Nurse make their function towards the Scrub Nurse. Circulating Nurse help to Scrub Nurse as assistance for providing necessary Instruments and equipment without Interrupt the Surgical procedure.
Anesthesiologist
An Anesthesiologist maintain the sedation level by administering narcotic drugs and pain killers to prevent the Unpleasant sensation. During surgery an Anesthesiologist help the Cardiac Surgeon by preventing movement of patient by sedation and maintain the respiration level to perform surgery smoothly
Perfusionist
A perfusionist is operates a heart-lung machine. It is a artificial blood pump machine. Which maintain oxygenated blood to the body organs and tissues during the surgeon operates on heart.
Operation Room Technician
Operation Room Technician responsible for preparing the Operation theater for surgical procedures like preparing the patients for surgery, Providing required surgical equipment.

Intensive Care Nurses
Intensive Care Nurses are having specialized skills for taking care critically ill patients. Intensive Care Nurses are responsible for administration of drugs and feeding patients, and special care provided for the patient on Ventilator, Central line.
Cardiologist
Cardiologist is medical doctor treating the patient with cardiac problems like Heart attack, Coronary artery disease, Heart rhythm problems, Heart valves disorders
