Complaints :
A 25 years old patient came to the Emergency Department with the complaints of Runny nose, Fever last night, Watery eyes, Earache,
Past history :
No rashes, No shortness of breath, No cough,
Investigations :
Vitals normal
Final diagnosis :
Rhinitis / URI / SINUSITIS
Treatment :
01. TAB : Amoxycilin 500mg : ( ANTIBIOTIC ) P/O : BD : ( 8AM – 8PM ) X 3 Days
02. TAB : Benadryl 10ml ( Diphenhydramine) ( ALLERGY ) : P/O : BD : ( 8AM – 8PM ) X 3 Days
03. TAB : Motrin 200mg (Ibuprofen) ( PAIN ) : P/O : BD : ( 8AM – 8PM ) X 3 Days
04. Review after 3 days.
