  • Take a curd, butter milk and fruit juices in the diet.
  • Eat seasonal fruits like water melons.
  • ( It help to prevent the dehydration. )
  • Apply sun screen half an hour before going to sun stroke.
  • Eat adequately, Excess heating makes you leathergic.
  • Try to avoid eating oily foods and fast foods.
  • Carry a bottle of water and lemon juice to keep you hydrated.
  • During travelling time wear a scraf to protect you face and head from the heat.
  • Drink adequate water.
  • Avoid the spice food and hot drinks ( Tea, Coffee ).
  • If it day time wear sun glasses.
