Tips For Avoiding The Sun Stroke In Summer Introduction : Sun Stroke is a life threatening condition. occur due to more exposure to sun light. Tips to follow to avoid Sun Stroke 1. Drink Plenty of fluids : Take a curd, butter milk and fruit juices in the diet. Eat seasonal fruits like water melons. ( It help to prevent the dehydration. ) Avoid caffeine, alcohol, Sugar drinks these drinks dehydrates. Avoid the spice food and hot drinks ( Tea, Coffee ). Try to avoid eating oily foods and fast foods. Drink adequate water. Carry a bottle of water and lemon juice to keep you hydrated. 2.
