Narcotic Drug Policy
Narcotic drugs are stored under double lock and key is held under the custody of separate staff. After administering the drug the responsible Nurse signs the narcotic register. After administering narcotics, leftover quantity is discarded in running water by staff nurse in the presence of incharge Nurse or another Nurse.
