Guidelines For Criteria Admission into ER/Casuality Cardiovascular System

01. Low probability myocardial infarction : rule out myocardial infarction.
02. Hemodymadically stable myocardial infarction.
03. Any hemodynamically stable dysrhythmia.
04. Any hemodynamically stable patient without evidence of myocardial infarction but requiring      
      temporary or permanent pacemaker.
05. Mild to moderate congestive heart failure without shock ( killip class I, II )
06. Hypertensive urgency without evidence of end organ damage.
07. Shock states.
08. Life theratening dysrthymias.
09. Dissecting aortic aneurysms.
10. Hypertensive emergencies
11. Need for continuous invasive monitoring of cardiovascular system ( arterial pressure, central
      venous pressure. cardiac output )
