Drink Plenty of fluids : Take a curd, butter milk and fruit juices in the diet. Eat seasonal fruits like water melons. ( It help to prevent the dehydration. ) Avoid caffeine, alcohol, Sugar drinks these drinks dehydrates. Avoid the spice food and hot drinks ( Tea, Coffee ).
