Findings :-
- Rotation to left
- Cardiomegaly
- Homogenous opacity obscured the right costophrenic angle and extending along the thorasic wall ...... Effusion.
- Rest of visualised lung fields are clear.
- Both domes of diaphragm are normal.
- Soft tissue chest wall and bone cage normal.
