What are the 9 Precautions required for the patient on traction
- Do not change the position or weight until Physician orders.
- Weight should be hanging freely above the floor level
- Serosanguinous drainage from the traction inform to physician
- Neurovascular impairment notify the physician and remove the cast
- Hold the weight before changing the position
- Check Skeletal pin site.
- Maintain proper body alignment or posture
- Check for fraying of the rope
- Assess the skin integrity where the traction is applied

Circulating Nurse
Ciruculating Nurse make their function towards the Scrub Nurse. Circulating Nurse help to Scrub Nurse as assistance for providing necessary Instruments and equipment without Interrupt the Surgical procedure.
Anesthesiologist
An Anesthesiologist maintain the sedation level by administering narcotic drugs and pain killers to prevent the Unpleasant sensation. During surgery an Anesthesiologist help the Cardiac Surgeon by preventing movement of patient by sedation and maintain the respiration level to perform surgery smoothly
Perfusionist
A perfusionist is operates a heart-lung machine. It is a artificial blood pump machine. Which maintain oxygenated blood to the body organs and tissues during the surgeon operates on heart.
Operation Room Technician
Operation Room Technician responsible for preparing the Operation theater for surgical procedures like preparing the patients for surgery, Providing required surgical equipment.

Intensive Care Nurses
Intensive Care Nurses are having specialized skills for taking care critically ill patients. Intensive Care Nurses are responsible for administration of drugs and feeding patients, and special care provided for the patient on Ventilator, Central line.

Cardiologist is medical doctor treating the patient with cardiac problems like Heart attack, Coronary artery disease, Heart rhythm problems, Heart valves disorders

- For performing Surgery consent or signature ( authorization or accept form or permission letter ) is required from patient and parents or relatives or guardians.
- In some situations parents or relatives are not present patient is alone. In this situations only patient signature or consent is acceptable for performing surgery even Minor surgery or Major surgery and Emergency surgery or Elective surgery. But patient should be in conscious state and patient should be a major ( More than 18 year above ). Along with that better to take a Audio and video consent to prevent further legal issues.
- If patient is Minor ( less than 18 years ) parent or relatives or guardian consent is compulsory required for surgery.
