Kegel exercise

Kegel exercises are also called Pelvic muscle strengthening exercises or Pelivic floor exercises. Kegel exercises make the pelivic floor muscle stronger. Pelivic floor muscles are locate at under the uterus, bladder and bowel ( large intestine ). 

Importance of Kegel exercises : 

Kegel exercise are both helpfull for men and women. Many factors weaken the pelivic muscles.

Women :

  • After pregnancy and childbirth 
  • After gynecologic surgery ( C section or hysterectomy )
  • Aging
  • Weight gain.

Men :

  • Aging
  • Weight gain
  • After prostate surgery ( men )
  • People who have brain and nerve disorders may also have problems with the urine lekage or bowel control.

How to do Kegel Exercises : 

Kegel exercises to be perform 3 times a day
Before performance of Kegel execises make bladder empty.
Sit or lie down position.
